Orbiixa conducted a multi phase discovery process starting with regional HR teams, project managers, compliance officers and payroll specialists to understand the organization’s workflows and local regulatory requirements. By analyzing contract types, attendance variations, project site constraints and compliance obligations, we crafted a scalable Odoo HRMS structure capable of managing cross regional complexity. Custom dashboards were developed for HR directors providing deep insights into workforce distribution, training progress, attrition trends, hiring performance, attendance anomalies, contract expiries and payroll forecasts. A role based access control structure ensured sensitive employee data remained protected. To accommodate site workers and field engineers, mobile friendly interfaces were developed allowing attendance marking, leave applications and policy acknowledgements through their devices. The system was deployed on Krazio Cloud which delivered fast access, data safety and seamless scalability for ongoing expansion across new regions. Challenge

The client was a multinational engineering firm with more than five thousand employees working across offices, project sites and remote locations in multiple countries. Our experts built an end to end HR lifecycle automation covering recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, shift scheduling, leave policies, appraisal cycles and payroll integration. A centralized employee directory was developed with detailed profiles including personal information, role, department, work location, contract type, certifications, skill sets and experience. We implemented smart recruitment workflows enabling HR teams to manage job postings, candidate evaluations, interview scheduling and offer letter generation. Attendance and shift management modules were fully automated using biometric integration, geolocation tracking and flexible rule configurations for each country. Performance management tools were designed to track goals, KPIs, achievements and appraisals with a structured approval hierarchy.
